What We're Looking For
- Genuine compassion and a caring nature
- Previous caregiving or personal support experience (preferred but not required)
- Valid criminal background check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First Aid / CPR certification (an asset)
